Our job is to advise you through the jumping castle hire process. We can recommend the best solution for your party once you have filled out the booking form with details of the event.
STEP 1 FILL OUT A BOOKING FORM
Once you have filled in the booking form with details of your party, you will receive a call from Peter who will confirm availability and ensure that the castle is the best fit for you (size, theme ). We will then take a $50 deposit (via credit or debit) in order to secure your booking.
STEP 2 THE CASTLE IS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED
To reduce stress on the day of the party, we aim to arrive 2-3 hours before the party starts. Please ensure that you have a free driveway and clear access to allow us to set up the castle. Current Australian Standards are followed whilst setting up the castle, and you will be given an operation guide to help you use the castle safely.
STEP 3 JUMPING CASTLE COLLECTION
A collection time will be arranged at the point of booking. Collection and pack takes around 20-30 minutes. As a thank you for your custom, we give you discount code for your next booking.
