If you want to hire a jumping castle in a park or public area, you need to get a council permit, and probably consider hiring a petrol generator. First call us to determine the size and number of jumping castles you need on the day.
STEP 1 CONTACT YOUR LOCAL COUNCIL
When hiring a jumping castle in a park or public area, you must obtain a permit from the local council. The cost will vary, depending on the council, usually between $100-$200.
STEP 2 BOOK THE CASTLE
Now that the permit is underway, call us and get your booking established. We take a $200 deposit via credit card, or direct debit to secure your booking.
STEP 3 SUPERVISION
As per Australian Standards, we are required to have our staff supervise the jumping castle. Jumping Castles are especially prone to wind, rain and excessive heat (in summer days), so the supervisor will be on hand to keep the jumping castle safe and avoid hazards.
STEP 4 EVENT DAY
On delivery day, we tend to come 1 hr before the party start time, to set up and avoid any anxiety or stress. We will need council bollards removed so that we can access the jumping castle setup area. The supervisor(s) will manage the event, and later pack up the castle and remove it when the event ends.
